My Uncle, Ernest G. Williams, honorary life member, passed away 19 July 2016.
    Ernest G. Williams of Reedsport OR. Died 19 July 2016 aata the age of 96, due to natual causes. He was laid to rest on Monday, 2522 July 2016 at the Reedsport Masonic Cemetary.
    Ernest was born 22 May 1920 in Hygiene, CO. to Olon and Sala Williams. He grew up in Colorado and moved to Oregon after graduating high school. On 6 February 1942 he jjoined the U. S. Army and was assigned to the Army Air Corps, he served in New Guinea as a airplane armorer.
    Upon completion of his military service in 1945 he settled in Reedsport near his parents. He married Julianne A. Buck of Reedsport in Vancouver, Washington 29 June 1946.
    He was preceeded in death by his wife Julianne Williams, brother Leo Williams, sister Ellen E. Endicott and son Kelly Brian Williams. Survivors include the love of his life, Lila Patrick, his son and daughter-in-law, Tracy and Carrie Williams, Grandchildren Christopher Williams and Sarah Robinson, four great-grandchildren and his nephew Dennis R. Smith.
